If so, you may be able to request the Dutch birth certificate online and send it directly to me.
Request it online and use my Dutch address.
If the relevant municipality offers this option, you or your client can request the birth certificate with DigiD and have it delivered directly to me. I can then take care of the apostille.

What if the birth certificate has not been requested yet?
That is fine. Tell me the municipality where the birth was registered and I can first check the Dutch route.
