Need a professional document accepted for use in Vietnam?
A Vietnamese employer, licensing body, regulator or immigration authority may ask for a professional certificate, employer declaration, licence, registration document or certificate of good standing. These documents do not all follow the same route. I can review the request and coordinate the Netherlands-side steps that apply to your document.
Send me the document and the wording from Vietnam. I can check what type of document it is, who issued it and which Netherlands-side route is likely to apply.
If the document needs an apostille, signature legalisation or another Dutch step before use abroad, I can coordinate the agreed process for you.
Once the agreed steps are complete, the original document can be returned to you or sent by tracked express courier to Vietnam.
Vietnam’s document route is changing in September 2026.

An eligible Dutch public document can fall under the Apostille Convention where it applies between the Netherlands and Vietnam.
Send me the wording from the Vietnamese authority together with the document, if you already have it. I can check the Netherlands-side route before work begins.
The issuer of the document often determines the route.
Professional documents can come from an employer, professional body, regulator, training provider or other organisation. That matters because a private employer letter may need a different preparation step from an official certificate issued by a public authority.
Documents showing that you are registered, licensed or authorised to work in a regulated profession.
A professional body or regulator may issue a statement confirming your current registration or professional status.
Employment letters, experience certificates and similar private documents may need an extra Dutch step before an apostille can be considered.
Already have the professional document?
Send me a clear scan or photo together with the request from Vietnam. I can review who issued the document, what the receiving organisation is asking for and which Netherlands-side steps I can coordinate before you send the original. You can also start with the Document Route Check.
You can arrange the Dutch side from abroad.
You do not necessarily need to travel to the Netherlands just to coordinate the document. Depending on the document and your situation, I can receive or help coordinate the Dutch document, arrange the agreed apostille or legalisation step and organise international delivery.
