Dutch VOG pricing
from abroad
One coordination fee for your Dutch VOG route. Additional steps are added only when the receiving authority genuinely requires them.
VOG route coordination
For applicants outside the Netherlands who need their Dutch VOG prepared and coordinated for use abroad.
VOG route coordination
Form preparation, screening-profile selection, review of the receiving-authority request, supporting evidence, submission preparation and international document handling.
- VOG application dossier preparation
- Personal route and requirement check
- Apostille submission handling, if required
- International return coordination
Third-party costs
These are charged by the issuing authority, court or courier.
Canada / IRCC example
€351.35 total for VOG route coordination, the Justis fee and shipping to Canada. A Dutch VOG normally does not need an apostille or translation for an IRCC police-certificate request.

These costs apply only where the receiving authority, destination country or translation route requires the additional step.

The €250 coordination service includes the submission handling when an apostille is required.

approx. €80–€90Apostille on a translation
Only needed where an authority asks for the sworn translation itself to be apostilled.
€100 service + €27 court feeAll third-party costs and any non-standard handling are confirmed before work begins. A VOG application may always be made directly with Justis; Apostille Assist provides the paid coordination service described above.
