  • Incorrect or incomplete documents may result in delays or rejection.
  • Embassy or authority-specific requirements may vary by country.
  • Additional documents may sometimes be requested during processing.

Processing Times

Estimated timelines are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on authorities, embassies, third-party providers, courier services, public holidays, and document complexity.

Same-day or urgent handling refers to intake review or operational priority where possible and does not guarantee final completion within the same day.

Payments

Payments may be requested before coordination or processing begins.

  • Government fees, courier fees, and third-party costs may apply separately.
  • Translation, notarisation, or embassy-related costs may vary by request.
  • Submitted payments may become non-refundable once work or coordination has started.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup and return coordination may be available depending on location, timing, operational availability, and the nature of the request.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that documents are properly prepared and ready for transfer.

Third-Party Providers

Certain requests may involve external providers including translators, notaries, courier companies, embassies, ministries, or legalisation offices.

While reasonable care is taken during coordination, Apostille Assist cannot guarantee the timelines, outcomes, or actions of third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

Apostille Assist is not liable for indirect losses, rejected applications, travel disruptions, missed appointments, embassy decisions, or delays caused by external parties.

Liability is limited to the amount paid directly for the requested coordination service.
