Need a Dutch notarial document prepared for Vietnam?
A Vietnamese authority, company, bank or legal adviser may ask for a Dutch notarial document such as a power of attorney, declaration or other document signed or executed before a Dutch notary. I can review the request and coordinate the agreed Netherlands-side steps for you.

If the document must be signed or executed before a Dutch notary and then apostilled, I can coordinate the agreed Netherlands-side route.

Vietnam’s Apostille Convention takes effect on 11 September 2026. If your notarial document is needed around this transition, the date, document type and instructions from the organisation in Vietnam should be checked before the original is submitted.
Do not assume the new apostille route already applies before the Convention takes effect for Vietnam.
An eligible Dutch public document can fall under the Apostille Convention where it applies between the Netherlands and Vietnam.
