If a UAE authority, employer, insurer, clinic or other organisation asks for an attested Dutch medical certificate or medical report, you do not need to coordinate the Dutch legalisation steps yourself.
I first check the document, issuing organisation and signature requirements. I then coordinate the applicable Dutch legalisation route before arranging the UAE attestation step.
The completed original can be sent by tracked express courier to you or directly to the required destination.

Medical documents can come from different doctors, clinics, hospitals and other organisations, so I do not assume that every document follows the same Dutch pre-legalisation route.

UAE MOFA lists medical reports among the personal-status documents that can be attested. The exact Dutch route still depends on the document and issuing organisation.
EMA, CPP and regulatory documents need a separate review.
This service page is aimed at ordinary Dutch medical certificates and medical reports. Pharmaceutical and regulatory documents, including EMA-issued or product-registration documents, can follow a different route and should be assessed separately.

Can Dutch medical reports be attested for use in the UAE?
UAE MOFA lists medical reports among the personal-status documents eligible for attestation. The Dutch preparation route depends on the specific document and issuing organisation.
Do all Dutch medical documents follow the same legalisation route?
No. A medical document may be issued by a doctor, clinic, hospital or another organisation, and the required Dutch authentication step can differ. I check the document before confirming the route.
Is an apostille enough for a Dutch medical document used in the UAE?
Do not assume that an apostille alone is the required route for UAE use. The receiving organisation and applicable UAE attestation requirements determine what is needed.
Do you also handle EMA or pharmaceutical documents?
Pharmaceutical and regulatory documents can follow a different route from ordinary medical certificates and reports. Send the document type first so I can assess whether a separate regulatory legalisation route applies.
What do you need from me to start?
Send a clear scan or photo of the document, who issued it, what it will be used for in the UAE and any instructions you received from the organisation requesting it.
