Personal help with diplomas, apostilles, translations and international delivery from the Netherlands.
Your study plans are in Korea. Your documents are still Dutch.
A diploma at your university, DUO legalisation, an apostille from a Dutch court and an admissions deadline in Seoul can quickly become one complicated chain. Apostille Assist helps students coordinate Dutch documents, certified translations and international delivery from inside the Netherlands.
documents
You are preparing for a new country. Your paperwork should not hold you back.
Korean universities can ask international applicants for diplomas, transcripts, graduation certificates and other official records. Depending on the application, those documents may need DUO legalisation, an apostille, a certified translation or a specific form of submission. You can compare the available support on the services and pricing page.
The difficult part is often not obtaining one stamp. It is knowing which Dutch document is correct, where it needs to go first and whether the steps must be completed in a particular order. The Document Route Check helps identify the likely Dutch route before original documents are sent.

Frequently asked questions
Does every Dutch diploma need DUO legalisation and an apostille?
No. The exact requirement depends on the university, scholarship body or Korean authority. Dutch education documents commonly require DUO legalisation before the apostille stage, but you should follow the current written instructions for your application.
Can you help with documents for a GKS or KGSP Scholarship application?
Yes. Apostille Assist can help assess and coordinate Dutch diplomas, academic transcripts, certificates of enrolment or graduation and related authentication steps for a Global Korea Scholarship application. The current GKS instructions and embassy or university track requirements remain decisive.
Can you arrange a sworn translation into English or Korean?
Yes. A sworn translation, also called a certified translation, can be coordinated in English or Korean where required. The correct order of translation, legalisation and apostille should be checked before the original documents are processed.
Can I send a screenshot of the university requirement?
Yes. A screenshot, admissions email or official document list is often the best starting point because it shows the exact terminology used by the Korean institution.
Can Apostille Assist collect my diploma from a Dutch university?
This may be possible when the educational institution permits authorised collection. If the original diploma is still held by your university, use the Diploma Collection Route Check. It can assess collection together with possible DUO legalisation, apostille, sworn translation and delivery to South Korea.
Can completed documents be sent to South Korea?
Yes. Completed documents can be forwarded internationally to an agreed address, subject to the university's submission and sealed-envelope requirements.
How do I start the Dutch document process?
You can send the requirement through WhatsApp or use the Document Route Check. The route check is useful when several documents, authorities or legalisation steps may be involved.
