Niet ieder document wordt rechtstreeks door de rechtbank verstrekt. Soms is een ander register of een andere instantie bevoegd; we controleren dit eerst.

Vertel welk document je nodig hebt
Stuur de documentnaam, het doel en het bestemmingsland. Heb je een zaaknummer, datum of oude kopie? Dat kan het zoeken makkelijker maken, maar je kunt ook zonder deze gegevens contact opnemen.

Afschrift en apostille
Na ontvangst van een geschikt rechtbankdocument verzorgen we de overeengekomen apostilleprocedure. Een apostille bevestigt de herkomst van een officieel document, niet de inhoud ervan.

Desgewenst regelen we een scan en internationale koeriersverzending. Een eventuele beëdigde vertaling kan afzonderlijk worden afgestemd.

Nee. Dit hangt af van het bestemmingsland, het document en de ontvangende instantie. Binnen de EU gelden voor bepaalde openbare documenten vereenvoudigde regels.
Hoe lang duurt het opvragen van een beschikking?
De verwerkingstijd hangt af van het soort document, de beschikbaarheid van het dossier en de werkvoorraad van de rechtbank. Daarom geven we pas na beoordeling een indicatie.
Kan een echtscheidingsconvenant ook een apostille krijgen?
Dat hangt af van de vorm en status van het beschikbare stuk. We controleren eerst of het convenant als geschikt officieel document kan worden verstrekt en welke apostilleroute mogelijk is.
Kunnen jullie het document internationaal verzenden?
Ja. Na afronding kan het document met een internationale koerier worden verstuurd. De verzendkosten hangen af van het bestemmingsland.
